Bureau Veritas certify that the Manager System of Sanara Resistencias Eléctricas S.A. has been audited and found to be in accordance with the requirements of the management systems standards ISO9001:2008.

Sanara Resistencias Eléctricas S.A. declares the conformity of its electrical heaters base on Directive 73/23 CEE of electrical products and harmonized standard UNE-EN-60335-1

NOTE: Due that the standard EN 60335 relates to apparatus and Sanara manufactures a product that should be incorporated into this apparatus, can not guarantee Sanara all the standard points. So Sanara declares conformity CE base on chapters 10, 13, 16 y 23 of that standard. The remaining required assurances, connections, abnormal operation, access to the active parts, protective earth Class I devices, etc. should be checked once the element has been incorporated into the device, as it depends on the final location.

Chapter 10. Power and current: The power is between +5% and –10% from the nominal value ot the item.

Chapter 13 and 16. Leakage current and dielectric strength: All are elements with insulation. Applying as stiffness test of 1250 V for 1 minute, between active parts and armor. The leakage current is kept below 0.75 mA/KW between live parts and armor.

Chapter 23. Inner conductors:  If bridges are attached with the device drivers, are considered and met this internal part of the standard.

Chapter 28. Screws and connections: Screws and connections incorporating the element chapter meet this standard.

Test and/or internal controls

Sanara  makes the following tests and/or internal controls:

CERAMIC HEATERS
•    Verification of dimensions (tol. ± 5%)
•    Verification required power and output power (tol. ±10%)
•    Verification of continuity / heaters connected between phases and / or ground
•    Verification of dielectric strength of 1600 Volts (tol. PASS/FAIL)

MICA HEATERS
•    Verification of dimensions (tol. ± 5%)
•    Verification required power and output power (tol. ±10%)
•    Verification of continuity / heaters connected between phases and / or ground
•    Verification of dielectric strength of 1600 Volts (tol. PASS/FAIL)

MEGAWATT HEATERS
•    Verification of dimensions (<100mm => 1.5%, >100mm => 3%)
•    Verification of diameter (from 0.02 mm to 0.08 mm)
•    Verification required power and output power (tol. ±10%)
•    Verification of continuity / heaters connected between phases and / or ground
•    Verification of dielectric strength of 1600 Volts (tol. PASS/FAIL)

CARTRIDGE HEATERS
•    Verification of dimensions (<100mm => 1.5%, >100mm => 3%)
•    Verification of diameter (±0.05%)
•    Verification required power and output power (tol -5% +10%)
•    Verification of continuity / heaters connected between phases and / or ground
•    Verification of dielectric strength of 1600 Volts (tol. PASS/FAIL)
